Currently we only offer plants for sale to the public through two annual sales and occasional participation in local plant sales in town. You may also contact us for an appointment. We currently do not ship plants. We can also do contract growing.

giant coast redwoods
Ideal for wet and mesic zones in Hawaii, each tree sequesters up to 250 tons of carbon. We carry many cultivars. Non-invasive.
Sawara cypress
Hinoki cypress' close cousin, the sawara cypress also comes in many colors, another favorite for high rainfall areas but also grows well leeward.

Alaskan Cedars
Even though it's from Alaska, the Alaska Cedar thrives in Hawaii. There are many unusual cultivars, they provide a beautiful alpine focal point in your landscape.
Cryptomeria/sugi pines
We grow Yoshino, Sekkan Sugi, Radicans, Black Dragon, Spiralis and many more cultivars, all of which thrive in Hawaii. Non-invasive.
Thuja/arbovitae
We grow several cultivars of Western red cedar, Green Giant and
china firs
We grow a number of cultivars of China firs, these are large trees that come in blue, green and lime yellow foliage colors.

We carry a wide assortment of long needle pines, all
are well adapted to mild tropical climates.
hinoki cypress
A favorite Japanese cedar with many colors to choose from, does not produce cones without Winter chill so non-invasive, and well adapted to low elevations
junipers
Several junipers do well in Hawaii, both the Eastern Red Cedar and the Chinese Junipers are suitable for most elevations.
Maples & deciduous hardwoods
We grow several deciduous hardwoods, including red maples, trident maples, silver maples, liquidambar, tulpedo and alders.

Sapphire blue is a disease, resistant, vigorous variety of Arizona cypress, featuring fragrant foliage that is bluish in color. This tree old is foliage well after being cut, and as popular as a Christmas tree due to the fragrant foliage.

There are a number of different leyland cultivars available, the one we grow is Emerald Blue, which has more of a natural upright growth pattern. We grow this one both trimmed and with natural more spaced out foliage.

This is our favorite xmas tree for Hawaii. Not only does it have a nice natural pyramid shape that lends itself well to hang ornaments from branches, it also has a wonderful piny fragrance.
